Moe Companies To List On NSE

The Guardian Newspapers is reporting that the following 6 companies are to list their shares on the NSE:

Specifically, the companies to be listed by introduction include Pinnacle Point Group Limited, E-Tranzact International Plc, Mtech Communications Plc and Portland Paints and Products Nigeria.

Capital Oil Plc would be placing some shares, while Hallmark Paper Products Plc would be listing shares based on rights issue, and Oando Plc Staff Equity Participation Share Scheme would be listing shares as supplementary issue.

A breakdown of the new listings indicated that Pinnacle Point Group Limited would be listing 4.6 billion ordinary shares of Zaro-0001 (No:0015) each at Zaro.50 (N7.50) per share.

The company has its primary listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange Limited of South Africa. Its listing on the Nigerian Stock Exchange is a major cross-border listing, with Capital Assets Limited as stockbrokers.

E-Tranzact International Plc is listing 4.2 billion ordinary shares of 50 kobo each at N4.80 per share with Maristem Securities Limited as stockbrokers.

The company makes remote real time settlement of transactions possible by telephone and internet means.

Also, Mtech Communications Plc would be listing 4.97 billion ordinary shares of 50 kobo each at N2.50 per share with PHB Capital Markets Limited as stockbrokers.

The company’s activities revolve around mobile content, media interactivity, digital marketing and technology solutions.

Portland Paints and Products Nigeria Plc, which specialised in the manufacturing of Sandex Brand of decorative paints and the marketing of imported materials such as Snowcrete, Snowcal, Scaffolding and electrical and plumbing items from Blue Circle Industries, United Kingdom, would be listing 400 million ordinary shares of 50 kobo each at N10 per share.

Capital Oil Plc, a company specialises in the marketing of petroleum products with interest in servicing and upstream activities, will also be placing 1.74 billion ordinary shares of 25 kobo each at 50 kobo per share and four billion ordinary shares of 25 kobo each at N1 per share.

Placing is a system whereby the company’s securities are sold to investors through stockbrokers/issuing houses.
