Construction Company listed on October 8, 2008 listed N5.4 billion worth of shares in Lagos Nigeria at the Floors of the Nigerian Stock
Exchange (NSE) and is the first mining company to be listed
on the NSE , listed by way of introduction of 3.0 billion
Ordinary Shares of 50 Kobo each at N1.80 Kobo per share.
