Great presentation by Ms. Okonjo Iweala on the progress in Africa and on the way forward. She provides statistics to show that there is a great future for the continent based on the proper investments.
Here is another great presentation by Andrew Mwenda who explains that there has been and over-emphasis on the poor in Africa. He argues that the idea of increased aid for Africa is not the solution. He explains that wealth is a function of income and not aid. The challenge should be on the creation of wealth by placing emphasis on entrepreneurship.
